<title>Mail Abuse Prevention Service - list.dsbl.org</title>
<link>http://www.gta.com</link>
<description>If you are using the Mail Abuse Prevention Service on your GTA firewall, GTA recommends that relays.ordb.org be removed from your Email Abuse Lists object.

In GB-OS 5.0 and 5.1 this is found by going to Configure -&gt; System -&gt; Object -&gt; Editor and selecting your &quot;Email Abuse Lists&quot; object for editing, then remove the entry for
 &quot;list.dsbl.org&quot;.

If you do not know if you are using MAPS on your GTA firewall, you should check your Mail Sentinel Email Proxy settings.

In GB-OS 5.0 and 5.1 this is can be done by navigating to: Configure -&gt; Threat Management -&gt; Mail Sentinel -&gt; Policies. Select your policy for editing.
If you are using the Mail Abuse Prevention Service it will be enabled.

For more information regarding DSBL operation you may visit http://dsbl.org/.</description>

<title>IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS UPGRADING to GB-OS 5.0</title>
<link>http://www.gta.com/support/upgrade/</link>
<description>Since GB-OS 5.0 includes some major feature enhancements including updating
your firewall from within the GB-OS interface, an extra step may be required
to upgrade to GB-OS 5.0. GB-OS 5.0 activation codes and any required
interim codes will be provided for you by GTA if your firewall is covered by
a valid support contract at time of the upgrade or you purchase a single
version upgrade.

Customers operating GB-OS 4.0.3 or GB-OS 4.0.4 may upgrade directly to GB-OS
5.0.

Customer operating GB-OS 4.0.0, 4.0.1 or 4.0.2 must first upgrade to GB-OS
4.0.4 prior to updating to GB-OS 5.0. Customers should download GB-OS 4.0.4
runtimes and upgrade to GB-OS 4.0.4 and then proceed with upgrading to GB-OS
5.0. No new GB-OS 4.0.4 activation codes are necessary.

Customer operating with GB-OS 3.7.0 through 3.7.2 should upgrade to GB-OS
3.7.3 prior to upgrading to GB-OS 5.0. Customers should download GB-OS
3.7.3 runtimes and upgrade to GB-OS 3.7.3 and then proceed with upgrading
to GB-OS 5.0. No new GB-OS 3.7.3 activation codes are necessary.

Customers operating with GB-OS 3.6.x and lower must first upgrade to GB-OS
3.7.3. An activation code for GB-OS 3.7.3 along with your GB-OS 5.0
activation code will be provided for you by GTA with your valid GB-OS 5.0
upgrade.

Failure to perform the interim upgrades to GB-OS 4.0.4 or GB-OS 3.7.3 as
described above, prior to upgrading to GB-OS 5.0, could result in undesired
settings which could result in losing administration rights to the firewall
and requiring that the firewall be rest to factory defaults through use of
the console interface in order to proceed. Any configuration modifications
would be lost.

For more detailed information on the upgrade procedure please refer to the
GB-OS 5.0 User&apos;s Guide or visit http://www.gta.com/support/upgrade/.
